Because he was probably your confidante.Sadly you probably told him too much thinking he was your friend,that's how he ended up with your wife.
It's hard to loose two of the people who you probably thought the most of.But obviously they were messing behind your back and so your best shot of them.
Sad though.
The best way to get your own back is to get on with your life and be happy.
If your wife decides after a while that the grass isn't as green the other side as she thought.Do yourself a favour and DON'T have her back,if she's done it once you will never be sure that she won't do it again.The worst thing was doing it with your best friend,she doesn't deserve forgiveness. I hope there are no children involved,they get so hurt.

This is not your friend,not the one you could trust and relay upon,forget them.Niether one of them are truthful to you or eachother,instead of facing upto you they ran off,and you think thier relationship is going to last?..no of course not.All you need to do now..is create another life for yourself,start a new hobby..time is a great healer,and like greif you will feel very angry..ups and downs...but you will come through it.I am a 27yr old woman and have been through some thing simular.

because u've been hurt and you loved her and now you dont want to face the fact that she's gone but she is so move on just carry on normally do the things you love find new hobbies dont worry u'll meet someone special soon ;o)
