People who are gay, just like people who are straight, are very pleased to be the way they are and cannot IMAGINE being any other way. Why would ANYONE want to change the gender to which they are attracted? So that they would be more 'accepted' by society? Pffft. Not worth it.
I happen to be straight. If being straight meant I was in the minority and that I was looked down on for it, I still would still NEVER want to change the way I am for a second. It's THE WAY I AM. Are you capable of understanding this?

They ought to make a magic pill to stop these dumb a** questions. Have you not seen this questions on this survey a billion times? By the way, it's 'straight' not 'strait'.

Yes we are born gay. No, I would not take a pill to be straight. I like who I am, so why change it? I have lots of friends who support me for being me, not conforming to what other people want me to be. Anyway, there's nothing wrong with being gay, just with society's approach to the GLBT community.

no, it's the same reason straight people would not take a pill to be gay. It would be wierd because I just can't see myself with a guy.

Absolutely not. Who am I to judge or alter god's work? I do pray for a magic pill to end ignorance and cure hatred though.

The larger questions might be how it is that our sexuality became a problem for uninvolved others , & whether drugs are really the answer to every difficult or unusual thing we experience in life?

honestly, i dint think you are born gay.in fact, i dont even think you should worry about how you became gay. instead of worrying about how you became gay, you should worry about what are you going to to with this "problem". if you will give into it, try to fight it by seeing counselors and using medecation, or whatever. thats my oinion. sorry if it doesent answor your question.
