And if the canines is desirous to chew on rocks, then they could the two feed the canines, or supply it a suited chew toy. If the spouse is frightened bearing directly to the canines then attempt to speak her into letting you help. You and her can artwork out some contract in the back of the husbands back the place you may enable the canines out to alleviate some power. Being caged up isn't in all threat torture for a canines, yet that's presented that the canines isn't hyper-energetic. an exceptionally energetic canines needs to be walked, or ran around a park or someplace with a lot of area. you may get a sort of chuck it issues the place it throws the ball very long distances. If the spouse does not comply with some way of you assisting, and the situation gets worse, i might propose calling the government. sturdy success, and check out to stay calm and beneficial.

1)Not only rude, it would be illegal for you do do anything like that to your neighbor's dog.
2)Do you really think that your neighbor's dog was what drove Son of Sam insane? That was back in the 70's, so I think it would be setting a longevity record for dogs (would have to be in its 30's).
3)Why have you posted in this section?

it's rude if you do this without telling your neighbor- try squirting the dog in the mouth with hot pepper juice when he barks- and soon he will get the idea- or the water hose is a good deterrant- but if the mutts barking at night -from inside their home- talk to your neighbor

Yes, on your neighbor's dog but if he was your dog it wouldn't be rude. That's cuz you can't go to your neighbor's dog and say "Shut up dog" as you put the collar on him, the owner's might see

It's rude that the neighbor isn't doing something. I would check with her/him first. My sister had great luck using one and it didn't really give that strong of a shock.

Tell your neighbors that the barking is irritating. If they don't respond, I'd report them to someone. Don't take it out on the dog, he's just doing what dogs do..

Rude?? Um, try ILLEGAL. And THEN try talking to your neighbor about the problem. You know, pretend that you're an actual civilized, intelligent person who can speak English in order to get her feelings across.
