Have you been clinically evaluated as such? If so didn't they give you contact names for help?
I've been diagnosed as a depressive and worked with others. I found getting away from the world in the country helped me to relax but it is a very personal thing.
You could try ringing the Samaritans they may know of a forum.

I have it too. I just got back from Cornwall. Nice country surroundings. I woke in the mornings and fed horses through my bedroom window. That holds back the tide of crap for a while.
