For the headaches and head 'warts', go to your family physician and have them checked out.
As for going back to school, find a way to get excited and motivated about your work. A great way to do this is to set short term goals for yourself. (The long term goal is to graduate, of course. Short term goals could be getting a particular grade in a course - or even shorter by getting a good grade on an assignment.)
Best of luck! I have an Associate's degree - but I am back in school for my Bachelor's! The idea listed above is what keeps me going.

I agree with some of the others, your "wart" may be touching on a nerve that may trigger headaches. I suffer from migranes and there is nothing more miserable (with the exception of kidney stones, which I suffer from as well). Go see a specialist.

hello,the same problem was with me just before one month but due to my strong determination and will power ,i have solved the problem.some tips for this are given below- 1.start meditation and yoga it will help u a lot in regaining ur self confidence and concentration. 2.as if thought of ourselves,the same occurs in our body and mind.so dont think that ur sick and having a headache etc.just be relaxed. 3.enjoy the life.try 2 find happiness in small things wichresults in increase in positive attitude and diffusion of negative energy from the body . 4.if there may be any medical problem then consult a physician or psychatrist. 5.lastly be relaxed and dont be tensed.best of LUCKand always be positive. JUST ENJJJJJJJJJJOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY LIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIFE. BYE.

your age is not clear.. any ways, try checking on your diet and sleep. dont resort to any kind of heavy sleeping drugs or pain killer. quit/reduce smoking/drinking if u do. try and look around for relaxing excercises/yoga. and tring medical help or a psychiatrist doensn't mean you have lost it! so go and live your life!!! and let me know as it goes.
