Ignoring the stupid answers here, i believe Mrs Thatcher is suffering some form of illness, although i couldn't say for sure.
If i remember correctly, she was banned from speakign in public due to health concerns

Yes, but then again she has always suffered from mental illness from the day of her birth and if she had been locked away then the world would be a saner and safer place for everyone, for one thing there would have been no Tony Blair to lie and suck up to George Bush

I do believe she is suffering from Alzheimer's disease.
It is a great pity for a great Prime Minister and a great lady.

I'm pretty sure she had this while in power, Which would make sense of the awfull things the thatcherite junta did to the working classes of the u.k.
