Hiya I can probably help you as I am a qualified beautician and makeup advisor. Befor applying makeup you must cleanse, tone and moisturise your skin to allow a good base for makeup. When applying makeup to the eye area, alsways make sure you have applied your foundation to your eyelids first. This makes your makeup last longer if not all day, as the natural olis in your skin are kept away by the foundation. use which ever eyelinner you get on with best and apply from the outside, inwards. Try on the lower lashes to apply the eyelinner below the lash not inside the eye, this will also make your linner last longer.
Hope this helps you.

Ladies, please learn one thing, you should never apply eyeliner to the bottom lid. the lower part of the eye should always be a much lighter colour than the top. Use a white stick first under the eye to cover any black lines or blemishes then apply your foundation on top right up to the bottom of the eye. Apply eye shadow from the centre of the lid up to and touching the eyebrow but never to the end of the eyebrow always stop a little short from the end.
Eyeliners like everything else come in certain grades, the less you pay the worst it is. Try some well known manufacturers absolutely free from the testing counter at the various Big stores, test a different one every so often until you find the one that pleases you the most and stick with it, finally Black is not really a colour, try dark brown instead it looks so much better.

After you have applied your eyeliner, take some loose powder and gently pad it over the eyeliner then sweep the excess away. This should seal it and it should last all day. Also, make sure you are not touching at your eyes - sometimes you can do this without realising - as this will make your make up come off double quick.

Just try to find a brown eyeshadow that closely matches the colour of your eyeliner. And then after you applying your eyeliner in the morning, take a small brush and lightly trace over your eyeliner. That will make it so it doesn't wipe away so easy.

Try Mac eyeliner gels-last from early morning to late at night. Work like a charm. Invest in a good eyeliner brush too, I use Mac 266 eyeliner brush.

You could either try using an eye pencil that has a slightly harder nib, otherwise I would recommend you use a darker shade and lightly smudge it with a cotton wool bud to soften the look.
Otherwise try Clinique cream shaper for eyes, a little pricey but worth it, it comes in many different shades and never ever smudges!

I apply my eye liner to the inside of my bottom lid, and within 2 hours it always comes off and ends up being a blob in the corner of my eye. If you find something that works for you, please let me know. I have tried so many different things - including a $26 pencil!
Thanks and good luck.

I tried putting the eyeliner crayon in the fridge overnight then taking it out and applying it. I know it sounds daft, but it works

try liquid liner again. When you're chosing it, pick the color you would normally choose, but the go one or two shades lighter. It will most likely have the same effect but not be as bold.
