I'm sure there are plenty of people who wouldn't be "Mooching" if they had enough food to eat. I think there are many people who are mooching and could have the choice not to be, but not everyone!
Just don't give any money or whatever they're asking for. You defiantly have that right!

I think it should be a felony.There should be a fine paid, or at least to the person that is being mooched off should get some money.

It is discouraged in some Establishments,especially in front of a store without permission. It can make for bad business.I would gladly give to the homeless but some moochers have what they need and are just selfish.
