i have a computer bug and it is not letting me get rid of it what are some way s to get rid of it already did virsus and spyware scan also the bug is not allowing me to reformat what can i do plz help

click on start then run then type cmd then press enter then type sfc/scannow and press enter. it should fix it

Here is a trial you can try go to www.avg.com you can download the kind of trial you want and it doesn't take forever to download and doesn't take up all of your memory. Works great on my computer. And also has an email scanner if you choose to use it. I hope this is somewhat of a help to you.

you cannot get rid of bugs. only the programmer can do that. however you can sometimes download a patch to make it work better.

are you sure it's a bug or a virus? they are not the same thing.
