It is a federal crime to accept others mail, unless there is an agreement (i.e. PO box, MailBox etc) or family members.

With a Mail Box etc store (now UPS service), your address wouldn't be P.O. Box ###, instead it will be the physical address of the store. But it wouldn't be free.

Yes you can, just as Canadians can open bank accounts in the US without having a US mailing address.

the only way i know of is to have a friend who lives in the u.s. that will allow you to have mail sent there, or agrees to let you use their address for "whatever" you are trying to do.
