Lunch? It's out of the question. If I eat lunch, my blood sugar will go up and then crash. So unless I want to spend the rest of the afternoon with a racing heart, nausea, sweatiness, sleepiness and irritability (and smiling through it all so that it won't be noticeable), I will avoid the food.
However, I do enjoy a small, frothy cup of latte. As long as I have that, I can give up the food and be happy.

I do both, some days people in the office will want to go out and other days I go home and eat or bring something with me if I'm really swamped like a salad or sandwich or something.

I work at home for t he most part but when I used to work out of the house, I took my lunch almost everyday. It was usually leftovers or soup or a sandwich.
I do try to pack my husband's lunch because it is much easier on our budget.

I split it down the middle. Some days I bring leftovers from the night before, or sandwiches. The rest of the time I go out and get something quick.

We have a cafeteria at my job. Different variety of entrees every day.
Monday, Pit Ham day; Tuesday, Roast Beef; Wed, Pork Roast, Thursday, Turkey; Friday, Taco bar.
I ran the numbers, it's actually cheaper for me to buy lunhc there every day than cook and bring it. Plus, we have a full salad bar.

I telecommute 4 days a week, so I don't have to worry about that. On my office day we usually take turns picking a restaurant, our office is in a historic preservation area with lots of decent restaurants that have carry out service.

I make donuts, so I eat donuts. They don't pay me enough to buy groceries and certainly not enough to eat out. I hate donuts, but they're free... well, sorta ;-)
