U are in need of some1 who will say yes or no about doing management from Europe.

The base and feeling on which you are opting to do management willl come back to hound you after spending two - three years in management sector. People surrounding you are hammering with the question " what are you doing?" Hence do the management. Is it so? If it is so, pl go ahead and do the management. We assure management studies will definitely help you a lot and there will be a kind of value addition to you; refining you as a better product. If some1 asks you reason 4 doing management, you can always take my name.

You are doing just fine. High techonology has brought you to it at very early stage. Otherwise every1 goes thro' it, not now than later.

Are you see your future in the BOSS? If you have decided not to repeat your boss and becoming disinterested, pl do the management in HR.

Pl seek the information as much as you need to choose the best alternative available. There are many other areas of management too.

We tend to 4get. Have you stated your problem?

I'd recommend taking some classes in management to make yourself more attractive to potential employers... education always pays for itself down the road.
