vintage Pedro. Not completely but almost. Mr. Steinbrenner must be looking for ways to buy him back after the season. Can someone pls tell me how come I have never heard of this guy except for the cameraman incident?

You're right he was really pumped...hard to believe it was really Kenny! He's 41 years old, he pitched a perfect game in 1994. He played for the Yankees from 1996-97 and has been generally disappointing in the postseason

Kenny Rogers has been around forever man. 17 years! If you have not heard of him, you just havnt been paying attention.

He was on a Yankee World Series team. 4 time all-star.4 gold glover.

Pay attention. maybe take up fantasy sports or something. Learn some of the players.

I was surprised, he had a bad second half. He had his control going for him and his curveball was amazing which is required when you dont throw very fast. Yesterday was the battle of the old left handers who had thrown perfect games and the tigers certainly showed that they have what it takes to win. His career ERA probably would be better if he hadn't pitched most of his years in parks that are very friendly to hitters (Texas and NY).

kenny rogers was good but still he wasn`t good in new york so stiennbrenner sholdn`t try to get him back and detriot won`t give him up
