Get your parents or a parent involved. Have them make you an appointment to see an OBGYN--they will supply you with a prescription and your parents will also have imput on the quality of doctor and their care. Now that you are sexually active, having a regular annual check up is very important---also being up front with your parents is not only wise in the long run---parents are your advocate and they will be able to educate you on ALL or most of the serious implications of being sexually active---there is a REASON why they wouldn't want you to be sexually active in the first place. STDs are not something to mess with. You can contract any STD even when using a condom or using the pill, as a form of protection. If you can't go to your parents for help with this, you should work on abstanance as a form of birth control. Seriously.

I disagree for fairly some causes: initially, it type of feels to be condoning unsafe sex. The emphasis should be placed on condom utilization fairly than birth control pills. Secondly, requiring that teenage females take drugs produced from hormones, no longer human hormones, is an exceedingly undesirable idea - even with the actuality that for each study that asserts birth control pills reason some sort of maximum cancers there is easily one of refute, the very actuality continues to be that you're artificially controlling a cycle which could be allowed to do its challenge evidently. Hormones synthesised from the urine of a pregnant mare is particularly undesirable to position in the human body, and particularly a body which could nevertheless be coming up. and ultimately, 'require' implies 'rigidity', and subsequently the shortcoming of freedom of determination. i could not in any respect accept as true with this. that's heard over and yet all over again, even with the indisputable fact that the challenge sexually lively kids favor maximum of all is practise..

ask your mom, or an adult female relative. even if you go to planned parenthoood, you should know that you should always use a condom regardless of whether or not you are on the pill, the pill cannot protect you from STDs and a condom can only protect you from a few, so if you are not an adult yet i would suggest abstinence, its the only way to be absolutely sure. but please be honest with your mother or another relative.... they can help you more than you think. if you want you can also go to the local health department, they should be able to get you a prescription for pills and will give you free condoms.
