usually it takes 5 -7 working days,, if you dont get it by Tuesday I would call

If by chance you ordered it from tracfone.DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT,order it again.They will tell you that maybe your order didn't go through,and to order it again.Then when you order the phone again,they'll send you 2 phones.And give you nothing but grief about trying to send it back.I finally had to report them to the B.B.B. they are the WORST company to do business with.As long as you're just ordering things from them,they're fine,but to try and get your $ back,even if it's an error on their part,almost impossible.Good luck and God bless

It depends on where you bought it... if it's from a store and they ordered it for you, call them and complain... if it was off line, they should have sent you something saying when the phone shipped...
