There are usually company policies regarding this. And whenever a superior has relations with an employee, there is a risk that it may be turned around as sexual harassment. Not a good idea.

Only if the sexual relations can be proved to discriminate at some point down the road... that's why the manager is mostly at risk of losing his or her job if it can be proven that he discriminated. He or she can't simply deny a promotion to the employee because of a failed relationship.

theres no criminal law as long as u both r at least 18 yrs old n r both consensual.however,in some corporations they have by-laws that r upheld within the corporation.but i dont think this would apply to u because ur not at corporation status...your what they call company status.you should be careful about messing with your employee..next thing you know...u make her mad n she could bring up charges of sexual harrassment..but thats the consequence u pay when u play.

There isn't any law against it. However, your company/employer might have one. Check your employee hand book (or some sort).
Best wishes.

None. What you have is ethics guidelines that pretty much universally condemn fraternization between managers and their direct subordinates.
It also breaks the old and wise rule of not shitting where you eat.
