Fraid not. Having sex on a regular basis will actually help regulate your period and having sex the day or two before my period is due to arrive has actually helped to bring it on. But whether or not orgasms helps cramping is completely individualistic, cause it actually makes mine worse.

No sweetie, sorry to assert yet you won't be able to make your era supply up over evening. And once you need to "make plans" to hook up then are you extremely waiting for s.e.x. actually yes it can if you notice after sex you should bleed faster.. the same muscles used for orgasm help push the blood out.... jjust try it and see if you dont go through the tampons faster. hope this helps have a great day
