Okay, here's my ?.
Were your pregnancys alike with the same gender.
for example. Same symptoms, I had very parallel pregnancys with my girls.
and complete opposite with my boy. I knew something was different when I carried him.
Now this pregnancy is so similar to my sons,
is it fair to say or compare pregnancys ? and how many of you had similar experiences like mine?

I have had 5 children. I felt fine when I was pregnant with the boys. The girls were a different matter, I felt sick all the time and had a hard time controlling by blood pressure. I thought it was just me.

I have 3 boys, ages 14, 9, and 5 months, and one daughter who is 12.
It's perfectly normal to compare prgenancies, however, few things were alike except for how they carried... As stereotypical, all of boys carried lower (and is what told me they were boys) and my daughter carried in a higher position.
I also have very fast deliveries.. once the baby crowned, I delivered all in less than 10 minutes, and usually closer to 5!
In my first pregnancy, I felt nothing and no different for the first 4 months. With my daughter I had morning sickness and dizziness at 2 weeks along, and sporadic throughout the pregnancy. With my 3rd one, I had a hard time with constant morning sickness and aches and pains. So much so that my mother begged me not to have another child for fear I would have an even worse time. Well I remarried and had a beautiful, healthy son with my second husband in May. This is 9 years after my 3rd child! During that pregnancy I had morning sickness all through the first trimester and part of the second. Then I had a severe bachache that was remedied with pain killers. After that- smooth sailing, including labor- which was induced and lasted only 4 1/2 hours.
Soooo you can compare your pregnancies, but likely you will end up just noting how different they all are.

I carried my son differently than my daughters. He was all up front & my daughters were kind of all around. My pregnancy with my son brought on bad nausea (lost a couple pounds) followed by bad heartburn (by the time he was ready to come out I couldn't drink a glass of water without getting heartburn). Yes, he had a full head of hair. I experienced some nausea with my daughters & little heartburn. I guess my experience is similar to yours in that my symptoms were alike for girls & different for boys. And congratulations! Hope you have a healthy & happy baby!

I have 4 children, three boys 8, 6, 4 and a daughter 2. All of them were different. I carried them all the same. Had no morning sickness with any of them. I was just sure that my last one was a boy too. The only difference in them were all of my boys came early and with my daughter I had to be induced.

I have 3 children and I am pregnant now with my 4th child and my first 2 were boys and I had different systems with all of them. My daughter I also felt different too.. I am now pregnant with my son 33 weeks and I am getting different systems. I thought that it would have been the same as having my first 2 sons but that is not the case.

i have had three children and i would have to say that my two first pregnancy's were totally different but my third had me all confused and one day i would think it was a girl and the nexted i thought it was a boy so i ended up picking a name for a boy and a girl and it turned out it was a boy but i found in the end the only big difference between the pregnancy's was that my daughter had a higher hart beat threw out pregnancy and both boys hart beats were lower .

I have one girl and one boy and the pregnancy was the EXACT same. I had NO morning sickness with both of them and carried them like nothing. So I dont believe there is a way to tell. Now I am pregnant with my 3rd and I have morning sickness so terrible I want to scream. I dont think there is a way to compare them. my first two were the same and two different sexes. best of luck to you and the baby

When I was pregnant with my daughter, I was so sick in the beginning. And I was told I was carrying her high. With my first son, I didn't even know I was pregnant until a friend of mine got her period before mine. I usually got mine first, then she got hers the week after. And I noticed that I carried him low. Also, I had the worst pain in my back and pelvis while carrying him; I didn't have this with my daughter. Now, with my second son, I was sick as a dog, just like with my daughter, but later on down the line, I had bad back and pelvis pain. However, I carried him high, because he turned out to be too big to pass through my birth canal. He was my first c-section baby.

My two daughters made me sicker than a dog-it got so bad I was throwing up blood= then I had a son- 3 yr later- less sick and less wt gain-felt much better-he seemed to be carried lower- and more out front-no problems w any of them- other than I was induced w him- my water leaked- they definitely all have very different personalities=D

i have 2 girls 15 mos apart. My pregnancies were completely different. The second one was easier. I was sure she was a boy.
