Marriage at 13?? Are you serious?? Why would you want to marry at such a young age even if its the custom where you come from?? Don't you want to grow up and find out who you are before you commit yourself to someone else?? I married at 18 with the illusion that married life was going to be cinderella like. Whatever....divorced at 26 with two kids. You should seriously weigh all your options. Marriage isn't a way out of things--it takes hard work and committment. I just don't think you are mature enough to make a decision like this at all....

Well in most states in the union you cant get married without special permission until your 18. I recommed you keep saying no for a few years if you are planning on making a life in the United States.

i think your heart is leading you to him. if you love him then go. it's what your heart wants and needs. it's better to take a chance than wonder for the rest of your life what could of happened if you did. those who are outgoing and adventures have a longer, better, and happier life than anyone else.

people are proposing because you are a young virgin (supposedly) not because of who you are. Go to school have fun, discover yourself then when you know who you are get married
