never sing the Anthem at the start of a game ,I thought it was a mark of respect to do so

Perhaps they're (intelligent and) not big fans of the 'royal franchise/family'. Or maybe they're just shy. Have *you* ever sung infront of X0, 000 people?

A lot of players don't sing their national anthems. It's because they don't know the words and don't EVER listen to that one who said Man United players are slow.

they have no respect - or don't know the words - I don't like it either but at least now we have a manager who sings it!!

because they are embarrised to sing in front of millions of people, and want to be focused for the match inhand.
