For antivirus use AVG(http://free.grisoft.com/doc/1) by grisoft, it is free for personal use and for anti spyware use Lavasoft Ad-Aware Personal(http://www.lavasoft.de/products/ad-aware_se_personal.php) its also free. grisoft has also launched a free antispyware but I haven't tested it.
