If your land is part of the USA It can't be done we had a war about that remember th Civil WAR? It wasn't only about Slavery
it had a bit to do with the rights of people to determine how they used their land and how they lived their lives. you would have to Literally Fight every department in the Us Goverment and the Congress and the Supreme Court along with the US Miltary to secede your land from the USA.
