Chances are very slim but to soothe your mutant heart there will be both a Wolverine movie and a Magneto movie next year. If the money's right they might do a X4 movie.

Wolverine and Magneto are both getting films, Magneto's is supposed to be a prequel so McKellen if involved would likely only do Book-ends to set up the story.
If an X4 expect it to be a Mutant Academy type story with a cast of young students possibly on one of their first missions.
W/ Jean and Scott dead, Xavier in a new body, and Wolvie in his own movie, don't expect those four stars. I believe Halle has also said that she likely wouldn't be back as Storm.

It would be very wise for the studios to produce another few X movies. X3 left plently of room for it as well as the comic storyline to explore.
I believe that they will move into the "Phoenix Saga" with Jean being reborn as the main story while introducing the Hellfire Club to move into 5. The side story will be the rebuilding of the school and introducing and working in new charactors such as Gambit, Kitty Pride, Colossus.
5 Would then logically be Dark Phoenix and the discovery of Xavier in Space with Liliana to come back and deal with Dark Phoenix, with her returning back to "Jean".

It looks likely that there is going to be a wolverine solo movie, but the chances are very slim of an actual fourth x-men movie, but anythign is posible when money is involved...

slim to none..but with an ending like that, it'd be a crime not to!
