She had a world of her own, be it imaginary, creative or just a hangover. She is utterly emotional & can't say "No" to most pple, doesn't have the courage to face criticism. Right now she is trapped up by a stranger who has stuck her up right in the midway of hope & despair. she tried her best possible ways to shrug him off, but in vain.
For this she herself is solely responsible, she knows, but now can't find her way back to her own paradise; created by herself.
Show her the way please if anybody can.

I would, but back to where? to the imaginary, lonely world of hangovers? Okay so I'm twisting your words, if they are indeed yours. I'm inclined to think they are since talking in the 3rd person is a great way to escape direct criticism and this character doesn't have the courage to face it.

What seems to be the exact problem? Sounds like this character has inadvertently attracted the attention of a male character (maybe even through a wild fantasy game in her head that got a soberingly real result) and now feels the guilt over not knowing how to (or more to the point wanting to) end it and all she wants is to go back to being friends with this man.

Perhaps this is possible with a serious and sensitive talk.. tell him you weren't sure what you wanted when you acted but you've realized that where it is going might not be the best outcome in the long run. People will listen if an unhappy person allows themselves to tell them what is in their thoughts but people on the outside are not mind readers either. The longer one sits in silence, the harder it will weigh on their mind and by the sounds of it, it has already done a lot of weighing. Honesty will always hurt less than leading someone astray.

God knows how. She has to take all the steps, from first to last. That is the way of it.
