They dont make alot of bubbles when you use them. All they do is fizz and make your bathwater nicely scented and your skin smooth. So if it did that then yes it worked.

Yes, you are supposed to be in the tub with the water up as high as you want it. Then drop in a ball. It just soft of softly fizzes and gives off scent - it doesn't make the water go all bubbly - you would need a jacuzzi for that!

Yes. The tub should be relatively clean (free of oil) and you should be running fairly warm to hot water when you drop in the bath bomb or ball. The fizzing is not going to be dramatic - it's just a slow release of gas as the ball dissolves and disperses fragrance/moisturizers/color into the water.

Calling them fizz balls (or cubes) is kind of mis-leading. You did it right though. You unwrap one and put it in the tub when the water is running. The thing disinigrates in the water, making the water and then your skin, soft and good smelling.I have sensitive skin though and itch if i don't shower it off when i'm done soaking. I guess calling them disinigrating balls doesn't sound as interesting as fizz balls.. Enjoy your bath!

yeah, they're supposed to fizz. your ball must have been a dud. they leave a bathtub ring, so wipe down the tub after use.

I love those things. But yeah, it probably was a dud if it didn't work. Try a different brand.
