What's not fair about being born white? Oh, I get it. You want to harrassed by the police, be denied fair housing and credit, and you've always yearned to be the person to get hired through default. I see your point.

At times it's not fair. You WILL get denied certain jobs because you're not ethnic enough to qualify for the position. (EOE is not really equal!) Races other than white automatically get points added to their civil service score, and so do the handicapped. It's NOT fair or equal. If a white person scores well on that test, he/she can still be beaten out by someone who scored lower but had points added because they're another race....
Aside from that, I don't see any reason why you'd feel ungrateful or unappreciative about yourself. I've been white all my life and I am proud of who I am. White guys have as brains, strength and big penises like any male might have. White women are intelligent and beautiful and powerful like any other woman can be. But you can dance, sing, work, think, fu*k, love, feel, fight, look good, cook....JUST LIKE ANYONE ELSE. So be proud.

You were born white because your parents were white. It's up to you to make life more fair for non-whites, ugly people and the handicapped and mentally ill.

Who says life is fair? You are white, deal with it. Maybe you should use this "unfairness" to try to deal with the problem of racism and try to bridge the gap between all races, not just self-pity because of the color of your skin.
