If U R talking about employees; there are many employees who are taking over 1 Crore Per Annum in may Big Companies.
However, if U want to know about Directors of Cos. there are many who are taking much more than the employees who are being paid over a Crore in their Cos.
But one thing is clear- if you are not getting Rs.30 Lakh Per Annum- it means either you are not holding a Senior Position OR you are not in a right company.
