I have this pimple like thing on my cheek only there is no inflammation and it is filled with blood. If you look at it it is dark purplish in color, WTF?

sometimes you can get little blood blisters or a broken capillary...I would just wash it and watch it and make sure it doesn't get any bigger...and if you can bust it go ahead just keep it clean with hydrogen peroxide...but if it gets bigger, of course....go see a doctor..the standard answer

Probably just some jacked-up zit or a blister. Keep it clean, give it time and it should go away.
