No one can see me when I am writing in the game room???

I am playig pyramids and no once can see what I am writing in the room. I even dowloaded the new version of java and that didn't help. How can I fix this???

1st thing you do when you get in lounge is check small windows in options box.once in room make sure you expand it to see chat area..this also gets rid of the ads
