The only free entertainment in Cleveland is watching people who are looking for free entertainment in Cleveland. In fact, even if you're willing and able to pay for it there is no entertainment in Cleveland. Unless you're very easily amused.

Walk around a neighborhood at night; look for open windows with the glow from a tv; peep inside, and hope they're watching reruns of "Drew Carey".

pack lunch, go find a clean, comfy bench in a place where a lot of people walk around....and just watch people. thats what my spanish teacher does when she's in spain.
