The are three, the right of free speach, the right to vote, and the equal rights amendment, I am not sure of the numbers of the admendments, but it is something like the 1st, the 18th and the 32nd, but you would have to look them up to be sure.

19th amendment to the U S Constitution: "The right of citizens in the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of sex. Congress shall have the power to enforce this Article by appropriate legislation."

What is interesting is that there is an implied right to vote for all of us within the 19th amendment, but we do not actually have a federal right to vote. IF we did, the federal government would be required to govern elections. We wouldn't have hanging chads in Florida and purging of voters in Ohio. OR if we did we'd have to have it all over.

What I find amazing.... is that Bank of America can track trillions of dollars of transaction of money 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, but we can't have a federal election that is legitimate.

Just food for thought.

It is in the Bill of Rights. Any large dictionary such as Webster's will have a copy of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights at the back.
