Club soda works great on red wine. You might want to try that with a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. Good Luck !

My grandmother who is over 80 + years old still smokes like a paper mill factory. She bought a brand new home Approx 10 years ago. Now the home is ruined with heavy nicotine stains all over the walls. We removed a clock on the wall , and it left a clean white circle on the wall. Now she knows what it is doing to her lungs... But continues to smoke . Can you believe it. She has smoked since she was 12 years old. Can't quit. No one in the family can stay in the house but just a few minutes. We all go for a visit and have to sit out on the deck.. It's that bad. People who smoke have got to be the dumbest (excuse me grandma) people in the whole freakin world. Ohh yeah , there is nothing this side of painting your walls again, that you can do .... sorry.

The textured wall has probably absorbed the pigment now, I think you probably have to repaint the wall - just paint one wall, get the best match you can. If you look at the walls now they will all look different shades as the light hits them differently.
Prime the area first with something like universal primer first, otherwise the red pigment might leak through.

Try vinegar, 1 cup to 3 cups of warm water. Try a small area first to see what happens. You might also try white toothpaste on an old toothbrush and brush with that in a small area first. Good Luck!

I'm not vouching for this company, but if it can rememove the stain from terrazo floor, you stand a chance:

I reckon it's too late to throw salt on the stains...normally you should do that immediately after you spilled the red wine.
