TK is right, except he forgot to say, do not do the stopping mid flow thing on a regular basis or it will create a different set of problems in later life.

Those are the easiest, but most boring to do...best while watching telly or reading.
It's the muscle you use to stop weeing. Next time having a number 1, stop in mid flow. That muscle is your pc. Now you know which one it is:
Do sets of ten, holding each contraction for 5 seconds. Do a few sets of 5 secs, then gradually build up to 10 secs etc. Eventually, you should be able to contract that muscle for 20 secs at a time. Just do it while relaxing, and keep working at it, as boring as it may be, because it definitly pays off!!!!

The same exercises the girls use:

Stop and restart your flow of urine, when you're taking a leak.

(no hands !)

IMPORTANT: Don't do this when you're 'bursting' for a leak; you can strain yourself.

If you practice, you'll eventually be able to pee in morse code !

Because the PC (pubo-coccygeus parallel) is the muscle that women are advised to strengthen after childbirth, or after internal surgery, or for a more interesting sex life, a lot of people think that men don't have these.

In fact, the strength of the 'pelvic floor' is just as important for maintaining male sexual function as it is for women.

By tensing these muscles (actually four pairs of muscles, not just the PC), you can 'twitch' your penis, and there are weights you can buy (we're talking grammes, not kilos) to add resistance (they're really not necessary, just a gimmick).

And just like for women, development of these muscles can add to the frequency and intensity of your sexual pleasure. (they are often described as essential to achieving 'multiple orgasm').

If you've ever been disillusioned into thinking that there's nothing you can do to prevent premature ejaculation and that it's just something "you're born with" or "can't do anything about" then hopefully this will change your mind and inspire you https://tr.im/SxMIQ

Because the truth is that there are many ways to prevent premature ejaculation, and being able to last longer in bed is something that lies within your control.
