I don't think everyone is like that as above person said.
BUT I've heard from my very close friend who studied in Australia for couple of years. she said some of them are quite cold toward to Asian. Well, as long as being Asian, Caucasians might look down on asian with lack of knowledge about them or with ignorance.
But I don't mind as an Asian. I don't know everything about world or people or etc etc. I can be like one of cold person easily as well toward foreigner.
So my answer is "no". They don't hate Indonesians and Asians.
They just don't have much of ideas of them.

It's a stereotype that Australians are racist towards Asians. This may be fueled in part by the Vietnamese drug dealers. However, like all stereotypes, it is not 100% and in this case only serves to make people think lower of Australians.

u cant generalise such ideas.maybe there are some Australians who are prejudiced against indonesians and asians.but many more of them will be broadminded human individuals wth no hang ups.i thnk its just a case of mutual distrust between people frm different continents...that too far frm each other.

I truly ought to disagree - we Aussies hate Asians and all cultures who attempt to invade our united states and scouse borrow our residences, agencies, jobs and places at college - there are too many foreigners in this united states via the indisputable fact that's! My undesirable grandfather might want to turning over in his grave because he fought in the conflict!

I know some lovely Australians, who are caring, understanding etc.... however, I do know a number of them who tend to be racist, having issues with Lebanese, Aboriginals, Muslims, etc...
