A lot of MBA students have engineering degrees, cause business school has the most eclectic mix of students around. Anyone with the right GMAT, GPA and work experience can get into a b-school. Since you majored in engineering, I'm assuming your quantitative skills must be excellent, and this will help a lot when applying to jobs in arbitrage trading, bonds among others. These two jobs in fact usually only accept people with PhD's cause they are very quantitave based. Applying to software and computer related companies will also be easier with your background.
