US companies do not issue working visas -- they simply apply to the US government agencies and petition the foreign workers they want hired. Any US company that has demonstrated their capability to employ a foreign worker may apply for a working visa.

There are various types of US working visas

Employment based visas http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/types/types_1323.html = requires a labor certification from the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), and the filing of a petition with the Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services in the Department of Homeland Security (BCIS). Once the whole process is done, you get a green card

Temporary employment visas such as H1B http://travel.state.gov/visa/temp/types/types_1271.html = you can work in the US only for a specified period of time (for H1B, 3 years + renewable for another 3 years for a total of 6 years)

However, if you're asking what companies may employ you and issue you a working visa, then you have to apply to US companies to see which ones may want to go through the hoops and expenses to hire you. You must have something extra special for an employer to actually hire you given that you will be competing with American workers for the position or you must have the unique ability that no American worker can do.

If you are talking about H1B, very few companies can afford to sponsor for work visa any more. Due to the low quota, it takes too long and too expensive to wait. I seen mostly large companies that still do it. "H1B jobs" in Google and see what you get or http://www.h1base.com/ might be a good place to start.

My suggestions is to look for jobs in Canada first. Canadian has more liberal immigration law. And if you still wish to work in the US after obtaining valid status in Canada, it is much easier to immigrate to US from Canada.

Best wishes.
