It's a comedy from the 80's or possibly 90's, and starred two guys living in a house in Hollywood. I remember the one guy ran a business giving tours of dead Hollywood in a hearse. Then their was this weird little butler guy or monster thing in their house. I also remember something about a treasure or money being buried under the house. Sorry, that's all I really remember, except I think at some point a guy pours beer into a bowl of cereal. It's really bugging me, so just take a wild guess if it sounds at all familiar.

Do you know if any of those two stars are known today? I've been looking and looking on Yahoo and can't find anything yet.

Update: could it be: THERE GOES THE NEIGHBORHOOD?

I have seen this film, it's the beer on the cornflakes I remember, but I don't remember what it is (oh no!). However I have a strong feeling it was a "Tom-Hanks-Classic", try "Bachelor Party" or it could be the thing with I think was called "Weird Science" about some loosers that make a robot girlfriend. Unless it is "Animal House"?

It definitely has someone like Tom Hanks, John Belushi or Dan Ackroyd in. Try looking up likely actors on IMDB and I am sure you will find it.

EDIT: Did the same bloke have goldfish which he kept in some really inappropriate container?

i'm supprised no body reported this movie. the conventional HItcher with Rutgar Hauer, C. Thomas Howell, & Jennifer Jason Leigh. That movie might want to correctly be very psychological. To me, what makes it fairly scarie is there fairly are paychos like John Rider accessible in the marketplace.

I remember two things about this show, one of them is not the title.

1) it was short-lived

2) it was REALLY stupid
