You are obsfucating the issue. You are trying to say the dems are worse so you shouldn't be upset by Foley. This question is an implicit defense of Foley and the Repubs.

Good question. Makes one wonder if the moral outrage about Foley is just a ploy to deliver the message that could sway voters in the upcoming election. Also, makes you wonder if the democrats knew of this for many months and withheld it until the information would do them the most good, regardless of how many more children were hurt due to the time they waited. That being said, what Foley did was despicable and what Studds did was immoral. What Studds fellow democrats did was outrageous.
