Well I know there isn't any fall. As far as winter, we occasionally get a freeze in January or February but we have a mild winter. It is still 80 degrees in October. Looking back on last year I can only remember there being a few really cold days in mid february.

No it is not true.Winter is a season,it is not a weather condition.
If it is warm during winter in Houston then that means that winter is warm there.
Saying that there is no winter is just a way of phrasing things.
The expected cold conditions are not there.

Sure there is, it's jst a hot, humid winter with temps in the low to mid 90's.
