The CIA is the Worlds largest and most successful terrorist organization.
Companies and Government agencies in the US do not want to adopt the stockpile because of the severe environmental liabilities and potential environmental risks associated with storing the metal, which is known to be a deadly nerve poison. [1] Following protests by Maine-based NGOs, the Governor of Maine approached the US Government to prevent the export and instead add the stockpile to the existing store of used mercury in the US Department of Defense's stockpile, because Maine had no facilities to store the material. The US Government has refused to accept the mercury stockpile claiming they lack authority to do so.
"The United States government is complicit in this act of poisoning the poor for profit. It is deplorable that we are preparing to send to India is a highly toxic substance that we do not want to live with in the United States," said Lisa Finaldi, Greenpeace USA's toxics campaigner. "Even as we phase out this toxic metal from our products and lives in the United States, we shamelessly export it to industrializing countries knowing fully well the magnitude of damage to human lives and environment it can cause in these countries."
Faced with growing environmental concerns surrounding the toxic metal, many US cities, states and hospitals are phasing out mercury thermometers as a first step towards eliminating mercury releases into the environment. Boston, San Francisco, and the US state of New Hampshire have outlawed mercury thermometers. In September, 11 leading retailers and manufacturers, including Walmart, Kmart Corporation and Meijer's Supermarkets, announced that they would terminate sales of mercury fever thermometers.
Mercury affects the human brain, spinal cord, kidneys and liver. The liquid metal, which most of us know as the silver liquid inside thermometers, is particularly dangerous to foetuses, women of childbearing years, pregnant women and young children. A recent study by the US-based National Research Council of the National Academy of Sciences warned that at least 60,000 babies per year in the United States could be at risk for lower IQ and learning disabilities because their mothers have eaten mercury-contaminated fish and seafood. The metal is considered a global pollutant because it travels around the world carried by wind and rain. Mercury does not break down; it accumulates in the fat of animals, concentrating as it moves up the food chain.

The Kennedy's were killed for speaking out against Thimeresol?
The Mafia has taken over our drug companies?
Do you think that most Germans were not Nazis?
I think the burden of proof lies with you on these points.
As far as the "increase since 1940 of adhd, autism and now mental disorders."
I'm ADD, as was my mother (born 1932) and my grandmother (born 1902). Nether of them were diagnosed as children because the condition was not known until the 60's. So they would not be in any stats, as I would. There by creating the illusion that more kids are ADD today.
The same is the case with some forms of autsim. While some people believe autism rates have skyrocketted, others believe the rate of diagnosis is what has increased, not the actual incedence rate.
Given that Asperger's, the most common form of autism (62% - 86%), was not know to exist in America until 1990, it seems obvious that at least some of the increase is due to a better understanding & therefore a better diagnosis of Autism. People with Asperger's were always around, just labeled as "odd," "geeks," or "not quite right."
Then I have to wonder how many of the kids with the more severe forms were labeled brain damage, or just retarded. Remember, until recently, the common belief was that autsim was caused by unloving, neglectful mothers. If a doctor KNEW the mother was very loving & attentive, he would likely rule out a dianosis of autism, therefore keeping the diagnosis rate artificially low (back in the 80's & before).
I'm not sure if you are overmedicated, or undermedicated!

democratic president harry truman initiated "operation paper clip" in which post war germany was scoured for scientists that could be sent to america....this was considered an outrage...but the administration looked at these certain scientists to see, if in any way..they were ever linked to the nazi movement...they were...and the administration deleted any involvement...later...truman said he knew nothing of this.

Yes, those nazi scientists were what? Geniuses, who did not actually commit horrible crimes but rather helped develop the first jet plane in WW2.
Mecury is dangerous to humans, but you need to be exposed to a massive amount of it. Why don't they still put it in thermometers?
