Bring a saucepan full of water to a boil and then remove from heat. Put the candleholder in the wax and wait about 5 minutes. Then you should be able to chip the wax away before it cools again.

Put it in the freezer for a couple of hours, it should come right off, I use this method to get candle wax out of jars, once it is frozen it will pop right out.

try melting the wax by boiling the candle holder, then just pour the wax out.

I was told at a party-lite party once that you can place it in a baking dish with foil paper in it, put the baking dish in the oven on low heat and it will melt off. This really works and if you like the smell of your candles then you will like it too. It makes your home smell good too.

U could scrape it off but with nothing metal. All else fails heat up the wax with a lighter and loose the big part until u can get it all off.

Stick it in a sink full of hot water to soften it, then peel it off. Don't let the wax go down the drain

I have had the same problem. Melting it down in the microwave works, but use extreme caution.

soak in real warm water and keep trying to get it out , continue this process and next time put a little veg. oil in the bottom of it
