yes all movies are rated with parental guidance. The age it states * such as 14 or 17* is the age you have to be when you're going alone. You can go to all movies if you have a parent with you. Now NC17 is one where you need to be 17 or older, with a parent or guardian you cannot go in.

Yes, the ratings are typically recommendations and "R" is specifically not recommended for children underage to view without an adult. Now, NC17 is a relatively new rating for movies that children are not supposed to be allowed to see regardless of parental permission or if an adult is with them.

yes. if you are 17 or older, or you have supervision over 17, you can go to any rated r movie. and you can buy 2 tickets at once.
