Ya' can call local utility company...Give 'em addy, tell 'em what ya' wanting to know...They will give ya' the breakdown.

It depends upon where you are. In New York Con Edison charges about $8 per month You get nothing for these 8 dollars. If you have a refrigerator itt needs electricity worth about $16 per month. You have to add som for lighting your house. I will come to about $35 per month. If you don't make a lot of long Distance in NYC the telephone costs about $30/month. Gas would cost you about $10 per month or more. I'm not gurantying anything. It is just my opinion. I may be totally wrong. But it is some place to start. As a general rule thedre is no reason to think Utility costs would be different from what you pay now.

I went to my local utilities and asked for a listing of the previous year of bills for the home that I purchased... got it right away with no problems (cost me $5 for one of the printouts .. I think it was the city water one)
