Talk to your druggist about it. These poor people are grossly over worked. Please remember, they are people too. And as humans, we all make mistakes. These folks fill millions and millions of prescriptions each and every day around the country. Give them the chance to make it right. Go to the store it happened at, contact the manager, tell him or her. If the person that screwed up does this a lot, then they will be taken care of. If not, then they still will be chastised and it will become part of his or her record. If it happens enough, then that person will be fired. There are guidelines Have you never made a mistake?

You're supposed to check the label before you leave the pharmacy, especially if you don't have your little meeting with the pharmacist who usually asks if you've had this drug before.

They are supposed to pull you aside and let you know when to take it and answer any questions you may have about side effects.

You are just as responsible for being sure you have received the correct meds as the pharmacist who is giving it to you.

Return to the pharmacy and talk to the pharmacist who dispensed the medication. possibly they can claim that both medicines have the same end results. if that's not the case then do the public a favor and take him and the pharmacy to court so this doesn't happen again. a lawyer would be glad to help you.

Call your doctor and see what if anything needs to be done to get you rechecked and have them contact the person who gave you the drugs. You should check the drugs when you recieved them and if it was diffected than what the doctor ordered, call the doctor and clarify what you need.
