i have just found their larvae climbing the walls of my pantry room and have seen one or two of the moths flying around. I have yet to locate what food they are in, but have only found them in the pantry room so far.

Get rid of all the grain type products that they could be coming from. Or at least open them up and check them carefully to see if the food is infested with them. Start with pet food and bird food if you have it there.

You want to get rid of them before they have a chance to turn into the adult moth and start reproducing in your pantry.

For the adults, go to a good L&G Center and pick up some Pantry Pest Traps. Different companies make them. The Tech there can help you.
