Not necessarily. You can play a part that you find interesting or well written, but not relate to that character on a personal level. If I played a terrorist that wouldn't mean that I was OK with terrorism (though I might like the way the part was written & what the overall movie/play had to say). I would think that most actresses who took roles as lesbians (as sympathetic characters as opposed to pathetic caricatures) would probably be at least somewhat open minded about homosexuality, though.

Well, in a way you're right, they gotta be somewhat ok and open to homosexuality, which doesn't mean that they're actually lesbians. I don't think someone who is against it would even consider it. Another point is, these actresses will get lesbian/gay fans, for sure, that's why I'm telling you they gotta be ok with it.

I would think that they would have to be ok with homosexuality or they wouldn't want to risk being mistaken for the characters they play. But at the same time, saying that you're ok with a certain group just because you agree to portray a member of that group would mean that actors and actresses who agree to play serial killers are ok with serial killers. To some people, I think it has to be more about art than anything else.

Many actresses are open minded because they known that they already have gay fans, and the only way to prepare for a gay role is to be open minded and experience what that character that they're about to play is all about.

Didn't you know that 79.4% of women between 16 and 55 reported at least some lesbic disires at some point in their life according to a recent study? And that up to 47.2% have been involved in a homosexual act?

Puts things into perspective a bit doesn't it?

i imagine moms and dads continually have a preconceived idea of what their little ones turns into, and being gay will easily rank intense in the "I dont favor them to be" column. I recommend, we are speaking about immediately moms and dads right here, so for sure their international view is formed through their own journey. that's elementary to mouth off platitudes and openness even as it contains human beings, even with the indisputable fact that the authentic attempt is even as it takes position on the point of homestead, and they failed. i detect it unusual even with the actuality that, becasue shes already 18, sahe can in simple terms flow out. i'm getting the vibe that she nevertheless lives at homestead because you wouldnt ought to "sneak round" in case you had your individual position, even with each and every thing, youre adults already!

They don't call it "acting" for nothing! They are just playing a roll. I would think though that they would atleast have to be open minded and approving of Gay relationships to be able to kiss someone of their own sex.

No it is usually just a part to them. Actors are in it for the money. They may have sympathy toward a cause but rarely do I think it is to come out of the closet.
