I disagree, for not one human being has ever experienced absolute freedom throughout history, and I doubt that any one ever will, thus speculation and fear of the unknown dictates the possibility of absolute freedom proving to be dangerous, after all, if Heaven really exists, then would it not be absolute freedom that our souls are rewarded with via our Creator?

Some people will get in trouble no matter what. Rules and laws keep things in check, but I hate to see too much freedom taken away by types of people who want everything done certain ways, and I especially hate to have religion involved. Sorry, I haven't read Ode to Duty.

Absolutly, Order is instilled in every society specifically to porevent chaos. Ultimate Freedom inevitably = Ultimate Chaos. That why we have govements....
Read Ode to Duty- yes I catch the philosphy behind the words and I think it makes some very good points and offers an interesting perspective.

That is why every country has laws to control people.
If people have absolute freedom, they will not fear any consequences for their actions. You see the danger there right?

Freedom is not dangerous. Who want to be controlled, locked-up and told what to do daily.
This is what takes place in prisons on a daily basis. I almost worked in one years ago and have found that it stiffled my freedom too. You never ever what to lose your freedom, it is precious to life itself.

Absolute freedom leads to Chaos.
Those locked up in prisons will prey on the average human.
Absolute freedom will only lead to rape, sodomy, murder, and theft.

I agree. We need parameters to live by. Case in point. Look at young children who know the rules and those who don't. The ones who don't know the rules are wild, undisciplined, rude and scream and cry when they don't get their way. Children that know what their boundaries are are achiever, fun to be around and quite pleasant. hmmmmmm
