lean protein
very low carbs intake..
it was rlly strict...
waking up in the morning doing cardio and weights etc
nyway its easy to lose 60pounds? u just need to work hard and eat less...

To add to what others have said...unlike the rest of us, who have to worry about feeding our families and paying the rent and thus spend at least 8 hours a day at work, celebs like Janet Jackson can make it their "work" to work on their fitness and health (which, one can argue, is justified since their fitness and attractiveness is what makes them money); so for those four months, Janet's 9-to-5 "job" has been to lose that weight (in addition to working on her album, which I'd be surprised if it took more than eight hours a week on her part).

There was a rumor that she was wearing a fat suit when going outside to cause a stir and fake gaining weight to put publicity for her album.....but then again, it's just a rumor. If she didn't wear a fatsuit, those people have easy access to personal trainers, dietician, etc.

I dont believe what she said.
She said the 'boobs' incident was an accident. But now she is flaunting it everywhere in the magazine.
