Where can I buy hemp seeds and is it possible to grow the plants indoors?

You have to have a license to grow illegal crops to get viable seed. If you don't have a license: Marijuana seeds are always illegal and Industrial hemp seeds are legal if they are treated so they can't grow. The DEA is trying to changed the last since they are meant for food, but Industrial Hemp organizations have gotten court to stop every attempt so far.

well I am geussing there are multiple approaches to this and it may depend on what locality you are in etc..
there are tons of places selling them online,mostly the netherlands.
it may be illegal to buy hemp seeds depending on your local laws. for growing hemp some places require a special permit.
Of course if you have a drug dealer you can maybe buy dope seeds (if they will sell them) but they may not be too good as hemp and it depends on how you plant and grow them. Seedy buds is one way.. like shaky stuff with seeds.
All in all though hemp seeds are a bit different then dope seeds if you can legally get them you may talk with growers in asia, or your native country (if they exist)
canibis plants need some good soil, lots of sunlight to grow high and water. they do grow in doors in various operations, either as "hydroponics" or free growing like a window sill plant. Light is the main issue. there are a billion and one articles online on growing.

I must say hemp is a wonderfull material better than cotton for clothes better than trees for paper. imo
and a million other uses from oils to medicinal teas.
Canibis cultivation truely should be legalized.

If you want hemp sting for crafts, go to the local craft store and get all you want. Other wise, you may have to learn a craft in a very unfriendly place with a guy named "The guard" watching you.
