Hopefully never. Liberals need conservatives the same way conservatives need liberals.
On the other hand, I hope the nutty FAR left-wing does die out soon, along with the nutty FAR right-wing. Then, only moderates will be left! YAY!

We're all going to die out if you keep thinking like that.

If you hate your neighbors and fellow citizens, where does that get you?

If you can't accept that freedom of speech means a diversity of opinion then perhaps democracy isn't for you. Its a little different than just selecting your favorite team and following it blindly.

Our forefathers fought and died for our right to choose, to elect our government. In order to choose you have to consider both sides. If you don't then you are not choosing but just following.

Its OK to follow when you have a leader you like but try living in a place where there's a leader you don't like. Try living in North Korea or Iran for a while and we'll see how much you hate Liberalism.

Never. Both liberals and conservatives are here to stay. Two sides of the same coin. As long as you have people with one opinion, you will have people with the opposing view.

And it SHOULD be that way. Keeps things reasonably balanced. Everyone should express their opinions, and respect the opinions of others, even if they do not agree with them.

It will be a few years yet, but it is happening. I read an article that said that conservative couples have an average of 2.3 children per family, while liberals only have an average of .8 children per family. At this rate we are gaining on them by a ratio of almost 3 to 1.

It will not die, it will get stronger. by 2050, there will be more blacks and Mexicans and they will vote democrat. Pretty soon the republican party will change to moderate, and the democrats will be more liberal cause the conservatives will lose support cause whites will be the minority.
